How to Register
Cost of Registration:
- Registrations received by October 2, 2006
NYAIL member center staff, board members, and consumers: $125
Non-members of NYAIL: $175
- Registrations received after October 2, 2006
NYAIL member center staff, board members, and consumers: $150
Non-members of NYAIL: $225
To register:
Please complete the registration form found in the Registration Brochure and return to NYAIL no
later than October 27. Register by October 2 to save!

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, please notify NYAIL in writing before October
16 to receive a full refund. After October 16, NYAIL will refund 50%
of the registration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after
October 27. Substitutions will be allowed if a letter is provided from
the original registrant stating the conditions of the substitution and the
name of the replacement.
Conference Accessibility
Auxiliary Aids:
Interpreting services will be provided on request for all conference sessions.
Additional auxiliary aids will be available on request as listed on
the registration form. Please indicate which auxiliary aids you request
when you register.
If you request interpreting services, we will contact you to identify
which workshop and caucus sessions you will attend. Interpreters will
be assigned only to those workshop and caucus sessions for which a
request has been made.
To ensure availability, you must submit your request for all auxiliary
aids no later than October 2. We will endeavor to meet the needs of
those making requests after October 2, but we cannot guarantee availability.
Environmental/Chemical Sensitivities:
For the safety and comfort of those with chemical and environmental
sensitivities, please refrain from using any perfumed grooming products
such as scented soaps, deodorants, perfumes, colognes, and heavily
scented fabric softeners.
Scholarships
A limited number of scholarships are available for people with disabilities
and family members who would not otherwise be able to attend the
conference.
