Hotel Accommodations and TravelA block of rooms is reserved at The Desmond Hotel & Conference Center. The reduced room rate is $129.00, single or double occupancy, per room, per night, plus applicable taxes. To receive the reduced rate and ensure availability, you must reserve your room by October 2. A limited number of accessible sleeping rooms are available on a first-come, firstserved basis. To make a hotel reservation, please send the enclosed hotel reservation form to the Desmond, or call the hotel directly at (800) 448-3500. Refer to group ID# 1113JN when making your reservation. If your organization is tax exempt, you must provide the hotel with the appropriate form ST119.1 Exempt Organization Certification prior to the date of arrival. STAR is the paratransit service for the Albany area, available through CDTA.
