The conference provides vendors and partner organizations with an exciting opportunity to promote your goods and services to more than 300 Independent Living professionals and consumers. In addition, we are offering prime advertising space in our 32-page Conference Program, which will be distributed free to all conference attendees.
Expo
Organizations and vendors interested in reserving a space at the Expo may do so by completing the Exhibitor Registration Form in the Conference and Expo Registration Packet. The reservation form must be returned to NYAIL no later than October 16. Reserve space early and save! The exhibitor fee is $500 through October 2 and $525 after October 2. All exhibitors must register for the conference and will receive one complimentary conference registration. One six-foot, skirted table (including a sign with the company’s name and an electrical outlet) will be in place for each exhibitor by 6:00 am Monday, October 30. Our first event in the centrally located exhibit area will be the Continental Breakfast from 9:00-10:30 am on October 30. Please note that space is limited and exhibit tables will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Advertising space
Advertising space in the Conference Program is also available. More than 300 conference attendees will see your company logo and/or product information for the following low rates:
- Full page (live ad space 7”x8”): $300
- 1/2 page (7”x4”): $175
- 1/4 page (3.5”x4”): $95
- 1/8 Page (3.5”x2”): $60
Your ad must be sent to NYAIL at info@ilny.org in an electronic format (.pdf, .tiff, or high resolution .jpg or .eps files) no later than October 16.
